I am over 18We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Licensee/General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Hotel situated in the Hunter Valley Region. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the pub operations, ensuring compliance with all licensing laws, and leading a motivated team to drive venue performance, events and patron experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a General Manager, Licensee, or similar managerial role in the hospitality industry, preferably in a pub setting.
Strong knowledge of business management principles and practices.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Passion for the hospitality industry and commitment to providing high-quality service.
Current RSA & RCG certification.
